Data collected
The contact form stores name, email address, subject, message, consent version and submission date. The newsletter stores email address, consent date and version, and subscription status. IP addresses are not stored in clear text: an irreversible hash is used temporarily to limit abuse.
Purposes
This information is used only to answer received messages, manage requests and send updates to which the person has voluntarily subscribed. Newsletter registration uses email confirmation when SMTP is enabled.
Internal analytics
The website internally measures page views and selected useful interactions such as audio plays, video opens, ticket clicks, shares, sign-ups and submitted forms. The stored fields are the page, action type, technical label, language, device type, browser and referring domain. No raw IP address is stored. The session is pseudonymised using the website private key and no third-party analytics service is called.
Configured retention periods
Contact messages are automatically deleted after 365 days. Unsubscribed records are deleted after 365 days. Internal analytics are deleted after 730 days. Technical abuse-prevention logs are purged separately.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. You may also unsubscribe at any time using the link included in emails.
Cookies
The website uses a language cookie and a technical session cookie required to protect forms and administration. No advertising or profiling tool is included by default. External videos are loaded only after a user action.
